Oinote is a free, non-commercial personal operating system for thinking: a notes app where AI works only with your data and helps you find connections between ideas.

By using Oinote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to register and use Oinote. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian's consent.

You are responsible for the content you create and store in Oinote, and agree not to use the service for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or close an account for violating these terms or abusing the service.

Oinote is provided "as is." We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect AI accuracy.

The AI assistant can make mistakes — verify important information yourself. Oinote is not liable for decisions based on AI responses or data loss beyond our control.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.

Continued use of Oinote after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
